The role requires at least five years of software engineering experience or an equivalent combination of work, training, military, or educational experience. Candidates must be hands-on developers capable of leading fast-track teams in automation and AI/ML solutions. Desired qualifications include four years of experience in full-stack enterprise application design and UI frameworks, as well as two years of experience in AI test or evaluation-driven development. Proficiency in agentic frameworks, generative AI operations, and AI model lifecycle management is also preferred.
