Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, technology, education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of six years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, or workforce enablement is required, preferably within a regulated financial services environment. Applicants should demonstrate an understanding of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies, along with strong facilitation and communication skills. An advanced degree in a related discipline and certifications in change management or digital transformation are preferred.
