Candidates must hold an advanced degree, such as a Master’s or PhD, in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in research, people analytics, or a related quantitative field is required, along with expertise in research methodology. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R is necessary, as is experience with experimental design, psychometric methods, and data visualization. The role also requires strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and the ability to navigate complex research ethics.
