Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or higher considered a preferred qualification. At least three years of experience in a network help desk or technician role is required, alongside a Cisco Certified Technician, Cisco Certified Network Associate, or CompTIA A+ certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Visio is necessary, as is the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear a cleanroom smock. Bilingual skills in Korean are highly preferred for this position.
