Additionally, the role involves developing documentation, tracking customer issues, and advocating for product evolution based on user feedback.

Candidates must possess at least seven years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as a Solutions Architect or Data Engineer. Required technical expertise includes database management, programming in Java or Python, and proficiency with cloud infrastructure and operating systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering is required. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are also necessary for this position.
