The Senior Principal Engineer leads and shapes antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology. This role involves providing technical oversight, delegating tasks, and collaborating with the engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps and drive innovation. The individual defines and refines requirements to validate hardware compliance while working alongside government personnel and programs.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 8 years of experience. Required technical expertise includes antenna element design and fabrication, antenna simulation and modeling, and antenna measurements in near or far field systems. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and possess the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret security clearance. The role requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to the start date.
