Candidates must possess a degree in a STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience. An active and transferable U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required by the start date, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Applicants need a working knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals and experience with hardware and software development, testing, and requirements management. Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, ARINC, and RTCA is preferred.
