Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of experience or an Advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Required technical competencies include strong knowledge of commercial gas turbine engines, Finite Element Analysis, and proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter. Applicants must demonstrate executive-level communication skills, business judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with geometric tolerance stacks and Microsoft Office tools is also mandatory.
