Additional duties include material formulation, fabrication process development, and providing support for composites operations. The position also requires preparing engineering documentation, managing projects, and mentoring early-career engineers.

Candidates must possess a degree in a STEM field with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Required expertise includes work in low observables or radar materials, material characterization, performance testing, and integration on air vehicles. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold an active, transferable U.S. government-issued secret security clearance. Proficiency in customer and supplier collaboration is also mandatory.
