The role involves material and process development, characterization, and system-level integration for defense products. Responsibilities include performing material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generating performance predictions using computational electromagnetic tools. The individual will work within integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques into deliverable products. Additional duties include material formulation, fabrication process development, and providing support for composites operations. The position also requires managing projects, preparing engineering documentation, and mentoring early-career engineers.

Candidates must possess a degree in a STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience. Required expertise includes work in low observables or radar materials, material characterization, performance testing, and design integration. Applicants must hold an active U.S. government-issued secret security clearance and be U.S. citizens. Experience with customer and supplier collaboration is also mandatory.
