The role involves performing verification of ASIC, FPGA, and SoPC components through inspection, analysis, simulation, and testing. The individual will contribute to the creation of certification artifacts for Airborne Electronic Hardware. Participation in peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle is required. The position involves communicating with engineering and program management teams. The intern will gain exposure to avionics equipment development and hardware product lifecycles.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and be currently pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. The role requires the applicant to be a U.S. Person as defined by federal law. Preferred qualifications include being a Junior or Senior student in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with digital design, various programming languages, and specific hardware verification tools is considered beneficial.
