The Data & AI Enablement Advanced Solutions team develops strategies and implements integrated, cross-functional solutions to transform operations through data-based decisions. The team focuses on building artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive business improvements. A Senior AI/ML Engineer conducts experiments and builds production-grade solutions while partnering with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities within large data sets. This role applies advanced technologies and scientific principles to model complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations. Additionally, the position involves guiding technical direction and mentoring junior engineers.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field. At least three years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with a record of delivering production solutions is required. Proficiency in Python and experience with large language model APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic orchestration tools are necessary. The role also requires the ability to lead multiple projects independently and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
