Responsibilities include driving the end-to-end lifecycle of user-centric products from initial identification of needs through to shipping and scaling adoption. The position requires collaboration with governance, design, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and security. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering continuous improvement by implementing efficient processes and resolving issues through root cause analysis.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in Investor Services or a similar industry. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in leading digital product development and applying AI and Machine Learning to business problems. Proficiency in UX design, client segmentation, and design thinking principles is necessary. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
