Candidates must possess an MBA or a Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute. Alternatively, a B.Tech or B.E in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Applications is required. The role necessitates 9-10 years of hands-on experience in people management, data quality, MIS, and data management. Furthermore, at least 2-3 years of experience within the banking industry is mandatory.
