Work location: \\+ This position requires on-site presence in Boulder, CO, following a hybrid work model. \\\\Job Summary\\\\ The Sr. Product Manager of AIS AI Product Management Organization is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both internal and external AI-driven solutions within the Acuity Intelligent Spaces organization. This role bridges technical innovation with business value, working closely with the Intelligent Automation team to drive internal SDLC efficiency and with the Intelligent Solutions team to deliver revenue-generating customer-facing AI products. The Sr. Manager will advocate for AI adoption, define product requirements, manage feature prioritization, and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and market needs. This is an individual contributor role with growth potential to lead a team of product managers as the organization scales. \\\\Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\\\\ \\+ Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal AI-driven SDLC tools and automation solutions supporting engineering productivity. \\+ Develop product strategy and go-to-market approach for external customer-facing AI solutions, including pricing models, feature prioritization, and revenue optimization \\+ Collaborate with engineering, research, and applied intelligence teams to translate technical AI capabilities into actionable product requirements and user stories \\+ Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in both internal operations and external markets \\+ Manages a staff of associates with hire/fire, compensation and performance management decision making.
