Candidates must possess at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform. An active OutSystems Architecture Specialist certification or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in relational database design, SQL query optimization, C#, .NET, and modern web technologies is necessary. The role also requires strong leadership and communication skills to coach developers in a low-code environment.
