The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal applications, hardware, and mobile technology within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include logging and resolving incoming ticket activity while maintaining documentation for procedures, FAQs, and asset inventory. The position involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as identifying problem trends to implement permanent solutions. Additionally, the role provides technical support to executive-level staff and acts as a liaison between customers and the consulting group. The individual also manages company security programs, VPN administration, and IT policy creation.

Candidates are required to have at least one year of corporate tech support experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position. Applicants must possess a strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, imaging software, SCCM, and Active Directory. Furthermore, the role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize work to meet service level agreements.
