Job Description Summary of the Role: As a Travel Program and Data Systems Analyst II, Business Operations, you will support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of a global business travel program across air, hotel, ground transportation, meetings, and corporate card initiatives, while serving as a subject-matter expert in travel technologies. You will leverage data and systems to analyze travel spend, compliance, savings, and traveler behavior, while identifying opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process improvements and partnering with IT and vendors on integrations and change management. Additionally, you will develop dashboards and reports, support audits and data integrity, and contribute to global rollouts, communications, and training for new tools, policies, and processes. Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities: Support day-to-day management of the global business travel program Act as a subject-matter expert for travel technologies and system platforms Support implementation, optimization and enhancements of travel systems Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process improvements Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations, testing and change management Analyze travel spend, compliance, savings, and traveler behavior Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership Support audits, data integrity checks, and continuous program improvement initiatives Support global rollouts, communications, and training for new tools, policies, and processes Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs), pilots, and transformation projects related to travel and expense Qualifications Education and Work Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Management System, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field of study. At least 3 years of work experience particularly in data systems, data management, dashboard development, data analysis, system integration, system configuration and automation. Industry experience in IT services, Shared Services, Global Business Services or Multinational organizations is highly preferred. Familiarity with NDC, online booking enhancements and emerging travel tech trend. Exposure to corporate card programs and expense compliance is an advantage. Skills and Competency Requirements: Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong interest in and aptitude for technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation Comfortable testing new tools, piloting solutions, and driving adoption Advanced Excel skills, with experience in dashboards, BI tools, and reporting platforms Other Requirements: Open to employment opportunities in Binan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.
