This \\\\Senior Lead\\\\ role is a highly visible, enterprise-impact position accountable for defining and driving the \\\\strategic planning, governance, and execution oversight\\\\ of Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the firm. As a senior individual contributor with broad organizational influence, this role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority. The Strategy and Planning Lead will partner closely with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, risk and control partners, and lines of business to shape AI product strategy, lead large-scale planning and design engagements, and ensure disciplined, compliant delivery aligned to Wells Fargos \\\\Responsible AI framework and risk management standards\\\\ .
