Additionally, the role entails tracking funnel metrics using data to identify and address hiring blockers. Oversight of external agency relationships and technical assessment vendors is also required.

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 4 years supporting technical organizations. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports in a high-growth environment is required. Applicants need a proven track record of hiring in international markets and an understanding of technical concepts such as backend architectures, ML practices, and frontend frameworks. Proficiency in converting hiring data into narratives for executive leadership is essential.
