The individual in this role will identify gaps and propose improvements to existing policy, systems, and process frameworks. They will develop scalable solutions to manage organizational risks and establish best practices. The position involves leading complex, multidisciplinary projects by managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating goals to stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires creating presentations for various audience levels, including executives. The professional will drive recommendations through to implementation and manage testing and analysis best practices for complex hardware and software systems.

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in systems engineering or an adjacent field is required. Applicants need a strong understanding of systems engineering processes and demonstrated experience managing end-to-end integrated projects. The role also requires a proven ability to work with cross-functional groups to solve business problems in a fast-paced environment.
