Candidates must possess at least seven years of full-time software engineering experience or a quantitative PhD with two years of professional experience. Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with Python and SQL are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for the role. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is preferred, along with experience in large-scale distributed systems and software reliability evaluation.
