The position requires serving as a primary contact for fabrication and assembly houses to bridge communication between factories and internal teams. Additionally, the role focuses on standardizing frameworks for design rules and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance yield, throughput, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering. Candidates must possess at least 10 years of professional experience in PCB, PCBA, COB, and FATP manufacturing and packaging. Expertise in PCB fabrication, SMT processes, PCBA testing, and industrial standards is necessary. Proficiency with DFM tools and the ability to create technical reports and standard operating procedures are also required.
