Candidates must possess 5-8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 4 years with an Advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD. Required technical experience includes working with Workday data sources, building custom reports, and designing warehouse strategies for multiple source systems. Preferred qualifications include prior consulting or corporate experience in data-driven insights and managing structured or unstructured data. Proficiency in multivariate statistical methods and experience in an agile environment are also highly valued.
