The AI COE Analyst designs, develops, and deploys advanced machine learning methods and agentic workflows to address complex business challenges. The role involves creating reusable frameworks, components, and internal assets to support enterprise-wide adoption. Responsibilities include evaluating emerging techniques, benchmarking performance, and validating business impact using real datasets. The analyst supports the end-to-end delivery of projects from initial problem refinement through to production integration. Additionally, the position requires developing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and communicating project impact through key performance indicators.

Candidates must possess at least 2 years of work experience along with a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree. Preferred applicants have 3 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or over 2 years with an Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering. Required expertise includes hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or workflow automation. Proficiency in data engineering foundations and familiarity with enterprise data systems, APIs, and MLOps practices are also necessary.
