We are looking for an AI Software Engineering Manager to lead a highperforming Scrum team of AI engineers delivering AIpowered software products and platforms. This role is responsible for building, growing, and enabling a professional AI engineering team, while ensuring stable delivery, strong collaboration with Product Management, and effective use of AI in daytoday software development. Beyond delivery, this role plays a key part in building an AIaugmented engineering organization, where AI technologies are deeply embedded into development workflows, team practices, and engineering culture. Responsibilities People & Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a high performing Scrum AI engineering team, fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Own people management responsibilities, including performance feedback, career development, goal setting, and talent growth. - Support team members in their professional development, helping them grow as AI native software engineers. - Build a strong team identity and ensure sustainable team health, motivation, and engagement. Delivery & Scrum Execution - Ensure smooth and effective execution of Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities, including planning, execution, review, and retrospectives. - Help the team clearly understand product requirements, technical expectations, and delivery goals. - Actively remove blockers, resolve issues, and support the team in delivering high-quality software on time. - Balance delivery requirements with team capacity, ensuring realistic commitments and sustainable pace. Product & Planning Collaboration - Partner closely with Product Managers to: - Translate product vision and requirements into executable delivery plans - Contribute to product roadmap and release planning - Align scope, priorities, and timelines with available engineering capacity - Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
