Join our team at Ivory Tower to work on The Crew Motorfest as Data Lead (M/NB/W). At the heart of the projects strategic challenges, you will handle the vision of the Data team, guide its impact within the studio, and contribute to fostering a strong data culture locally, turning it into a true creative and decision-making driver. Main responsibilities: Management & organization: Lead the team (Data Analyst and Data Scientist), distribute workload, ensure team well-being, and support talent development Internal recommendations: Collaborate with various stakeholders (Management, User Research, Design, Production, etc.) to analyze gameplay mechanics and collected data.
