Job Description We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the CDAIO (Data, Quality) workflow across various markets projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the governance and control model (TOM), conducting data quality checks, and providing incident management support. This role ensures alignment with the corporate data strategy and delivers value to the organization by guaranteeing robust data governance, quality, traceability, and control across all markets within SCIB. This role acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for data within the Markets business, ensuring alignment between business, technology, risk, and control functions within the data governance framework defined by CDAIO. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all data-related matters concerning Markets products, including fixed income, equities, foreign exchange, derivatives, structured products, and associated risk metrics. This role requires a combination of governance skills, strategic vision, business analysis, and technical expertise, as well as experience representing the organization in forums and managing cross-functional relationships with multiple stakeholders. We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. Main responsibilities will include: Overseeing and coordinating the CDAIO workflow within Markets initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive view, strategic alignment, and execution of all initiatives under the data governance model. Designing, reviewing, and ensuring the effectiveness of data quality controls, ensuring they are thorough, proactive, and aligned with the criteria defined by the CDAIO, contributing to the sustainable improvement of data quality within the Markets area. Manage the prioritization and delay of data quality initiatives, streamlining efforts and ensuring value delivery at each stage of the roadmap. Monitor and regularly report on the status of data quality initiatives and outcomes, consolidating information for decision-making in forums and committees. Liaise between internal and external stakeholders (business, technology, regional, and global teams), fostering collaboration and alignment with the corporate data strategy. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to ensure the continuity and scalability of the data quality model across projects. Qualifications Required Experience: 3 years of experience in markets as a business analyst, project manager, or program manager in complex environments. Some experience in data and artificial intelligence projects, or in data governance or management within the banking sector. Education Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Languages Advanced level of English (C1) Required Hard Skills Knowledge of systems and processes in complex financial or corporate environments.
