The role requires over five years of experience in mobile or infrastructure engineering with strong expertise in C++. Candidates should be experienced in Android and/or iOS environments and navigating large, multi-platform codebases. Experience building and shipping production-grade SDKs or mobile infrastructure components is necessary. A deep understanding of networking fundamentals such as HTTP/2+, WebSockets, caching, retries, and resilience patterns is also required. Familiarity with real-time messaging systems like PubSub or WebSocket-based architectures is expected. Confidence in debugging, profiling, and optimizing performance across native and platform layers, along with experience with CI/CD systems, build tooling, and modularization at scale, is important.
