Candidates must possess at least seven years of experience in program management, project management, product delivery, or technology transformation, including three to five years in a technical delivery or AI-specific capacity. Required technical expertise includes hands-on experience with AI agents, automation workflows, and generative AI concepts such as LLMs and enterprise adoption challenges. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments and manage program budgets and governance.
