The Integrated Product Team Lead manages the modernization of test equipment for the Tomahawk program. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements definition to final delivery. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and technical performance while identifying and mitigating risks. The lead collaborates with various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration and testing of complex systems in simulated environments. Additionally, the position requires supporting proposal development and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and at least ten years of relevant experience. Required qualifications include integration experience with hardware, software, or firmware, as well as proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, and MATLAB. Applicants must have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, along with familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Furthermore, an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory requirements for this role.
