The Legal Engineer Role collaborates with in-house legal teams, understands their strategic and tactical goals, and helps them achieve those goals via tailor-made LexisNexis AI and workflow solutions. Responsibilities Engaging in-house legal teams to understand their daily workflows and creating tailored LexisNexis AI solutions (e.g., Protégé Workflows) to enhance existing processes, improve outcomes, and increase productivity and ROI. Leading tailored demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to drive adoption and utilization of LexisNexis workflows and AI solutions. Identifying opportunities to expand LexisNexis' ecosystem footprint at existing clients in partnership with Client Managers. Collecting client feedback on LexisNexis solutions, including existing issues and desired new features and functionality, and relaying the feedback as actionable insights to product and dev teams.
