Furthermore, the analyst provides feedback to country teams to drive the use of best practices and standard operating procedures. The position requires collaboration across various operations and enablement teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or BBA. A Master’s degree in a related field is also accepted. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and an aptitude for data and operational processes. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary, along with project management capabilities.
