This role serves as a primary point of contact for commercial queries and coordinates the resolution of data or process-related issues. The analyst plans and executes daily workloads to meet departmental schedules while identifying gaps in coding and data input environments. Furthermore, the position involves driving process improvements and providing feedback to country teams to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. The analyst collaborates with various operations and enablement teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those with backgrounds in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or BBA. A Master’s degree in a related field is also accepted. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in English is necessary for both speaking and writing, alongside an aptitude for data, operational processes, and project management.
