Job Description Team Overview: You will join our office in Amsterdam or London as part of the Finance Data Operations team within NBCUniversals Corporate Global Controllership. Reporting to the Director of Data Stewardship, you will work across all business segmentsincluding Studios, Parks, and Mediawhile collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance and IT. Role Overview: In this role, you will also be an important part of our Finance Data Governance and Stewardship program, driving operational excellence in data architecture and stewardship by analysing, governing, and cleansing vendor and customer master data across PTP and OTC business process areas.  An important part of this role will be working with various business units and finance leaders to enforce data governance, handle exceptions, and provide guidance to your stakeholders on best practices for SAPs standard data elements and metadata. A key responsibility of this position is to perform daily operational activities to ensure adherence to business SLAs, enabling prompt invoice processing within both PTP and OTC functions. You will develop a thorough understanding of the Finance Data landscapeincluding principal data domains, essential data elements, business rules, and source systemsand act as a steward to maintain the integrity of critical data integrations. Responsibilities: Organize and operationalize data cleansing tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and consistency across different datasets (OTC, PTP) Provide operational support by ensuring Zendesk tickets are completed in a timely manner while still maintaining data quality Build relationships and collaborate with business units to identify data issues and prioritize cleansing activities Ensure data quality is reviewed and KPIs are meeting agreed upon standards Pull large datasets from SAP, MDG, and other boundary systems and conduct analysis across different datasets Daily review and approval of Master Data Governance (MDG) change requests Qualifications Proven work experience in a similar environment Demonstrated experience supporting vendor or customer onboarding Strong communication skills with stakeholders Self-learner with the ability to quickly understand new tasks Ability to understand and manipulate large datasets to provide necessary insights Desired Characteristics:** Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Apex, and Zendesk Experience working in large/matrixed organizations Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
