Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 5+ years Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including data services and analytics tools Strong expertise in LookML and Looker Studio Pro, with proven experience building scalable dashboards and data models Proficiency in working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and NoSQL systems like MongoDB and Kafka Solid understanding of Big Data ecosystems, including tools like Hadoop, Hive/Pig, and Trino Experience writing and optimizing queries in SQL, MQL, HQL, or similar query languages Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale data processing Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain LookML models and Looker Studio Pro dashboards to support business intelligence needs Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality across systems Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions using GCP-native tools and services Optimize query performance and dashboard responsiveness for end-users Integrate data from various sources including relational and NoSQL databases into unified reporting layers Participate in code reviews, data model audits, and ensure adherence to best practices in analytics development Support pre-sales and technical discussions for internal and client-facing data initiatives Contribute to thought leadership through documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and innovation in dashboard design Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration or visualization issues Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
