The Senior Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by partnering with the People team to transform organizational data into actionable insights. This role involves conducting deep-dive analyses on employee engagement, productivity, and retention to improve workforce effectiveness. The individual will design and build automated dashboards to enable stakeholder self-service and manage a central repository for people data. Additionally, the position requires prioritizing analytical requests, developing data governance processes, and communicating findings to non-technical audiences. The analyst will also contribute to the development and execution of a roadmap for people data investments.

The role requires a minimum of three years of hands-on analytics experience, with a preference for those with a background in people or HR analytics. Candidates must possess advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R, alongside extensive experience with visualization tools like Tableau. Familiarity with data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality best practices is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to set priorities with stakeholders are essential requirements for this position.
