Own Guild knowledge platforms and content, ensuring AI resources, training materials, and community contributions are current, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise standards. Provide insights and thought leadership, bringing external trends, benchmarks, and best practices into the Guild and partnering with Communications to highlight community impact. Measure and improve impact, defining and tracking engagement, learning adoption, and AI impact metrics to continuously refine Guild programs and demonstrate business value.
