The individual in this role leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale automation solutions. They collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze complex processes and architect end-to-end robotic process automation and agentic automation solutions. The position involves overseeing the entire automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, building, testing, deployment, user acceptance testing, and hypercare. This is a hands-on role that requires the application of best practices regarding security, scalability, and monitoring. Additionally, the professional provides technical leadership and mentoring while contributing to continuous improvement within an enterprise robotic process automation center of excellence.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical or information management field or equivalent technical experience. The role requires a minimum of eight years of experience in IT, including enterprise application support and integration. Applicants need at least five years of hands-on experience in process automation or robotic process automation delivery. Furthermore, five years of specific experience with Automation Anywhere A360 as a senior or lead developer within an enterprise center of excellence is required. Current Automation Anywhere certifications are also necessary for this position.
