Qualifications Core AI Orchestration & Frameworks Agentic Frameworks: Practical experience with any of Microsoft Agent Framework (preferred) and/or LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, Google ADK, AutoGen, github copilot, SDKs: Familiarity with the Google AI SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework Models: Understanding model architecture, parameters, capabilities, configuration experience. Tooling: Experience working with MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and integrating external tools into LLM workflows. Experience with Skills would also be desired RAG & Information Retrieval Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
