\\\\Your role and responsibilities\\\\
As a Data Scientist specializing in Data Modeling, you will develop models, analysis, and domain-specific content for offerings, leveraging your knowledge of data tools, statistics, machine learning, and advanced math. You will apply your skills to drive business value and influence organizational approaches to business challenges.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Develop Statistical Models: Build and deploy statistical models to extract insights from multiple disparate data sources, exploring and examining data to discover previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage or address pressing business problems. Analyze and Interpret Data: Extract, transform, and combine data to inform conclusions and recommendations, applying data manipulation and machine learning techniques to identify trends and patterns. Communicate Insights: Effectively communicate findings to both business and IT leaders, influencing organizational approaches to business challenges and providing actionable recommendations. Identify Business Opportunities: Pick the right problems to solve, prioritizing those with the most value to the organization, and deploying analytics solutions to realize business value. Explore and Examine Data: Continuously explore and examine data from multiple sources, questioning existing assumptions and processes, and performing what if analysis to inform business decisions.
\\\\Required technical and professional expertise\\\\ Specialist degree in fields such as BME, CS Data Tools Knowledge: Experience with data tools, including data manipulation and machine learning techniques, to extract insights from multiple disparate data sources. Statistical Modeling: Exposure to statistical modeling, including building and deploying statistical models to inform conclusions and recommendations. Advanced Math: Experience working with advanced math concepts, including data analysis and interpretation, to identify trends and patterns. Machine Learning: Exposure to machine learning techniques, including applying machine learning to extract insights from data and inform business decisions. Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis, including extracting, transforming, and combining data to inform conclusions and recommendations.
\\\\Preferred technical and professional experience\\\\ Computer Science Foundations: Exposure to computer science concepts, including applications and modeling, to support data analysis and interpretation. Operations Research Knowledge: Experience working with operations research principles, including data manipulation and statistical modeling, to inform business decisions. Domain-Specific Content Development: Exposure to developing domain-specific content for offerings, leveraging data tools and machine learning techniques to drive business value. 3+ year experience working in a Biomedical Research environment at the intersection of biomedical research and AI is a plus
