Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources. Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements. Use and/or application of principles, theories, and concepts. Knowledge of industry practices and standards. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. Required Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's Degree is required with 0 years of relevant exempt experience. Equivalents to a Bachelor's Degree include graduation from the NNS Apprentice School or Navy Nuclear Power School. An Associate's Degree or other 2-year program combined with 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience is also acceptable.
