Develop comprehensive plans for implementing AI/ML/NLP solutions that meet cybersecurity and compliance standards. Serve as a subject matter expert for large language model implementation and training. Design and develop pilots, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate modernization opportunities. Ensure transparency, traceability, and security compliance, including preparation for Authorization To Operate (ATO) certifications. Build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to address complex business problems. Create low-risk implementation plans and present recommendations and demonstrations to executive and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsdata engineering, product, and businessto translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis and extract actionable insights from large datasets. Support customer and user experience initiatives through research, metrics, and design artifacts such as wireframes and mockups. Develop reusable code libraries and best practices for innovation and deployment. Mentor junior data scientists and promote adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and cloud architectures. Support Agile product teams in integrating and operationalizing emerging technologies. Analyze usage data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization. \\\\Experience Requirements:\\\\ Experience with the following: Proven track record of delivering impactful AI/ML/NLP solutions in cloud environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, machine learning, NLP, and AI technologies within cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or equivalent clearance if required.
