Job Description We are currently looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Clinics team. In this role, you will collaborate across teams in five different countries, playing a critical part in optimizing our strategies related to outbound leads quality, pricing, sales productivity, and active portfolio retention. Your analytical skills will be essential in enhancing our clinic engagement, sales effectiveness and other aspects of the business. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data and strategy, driving insight through analysis to align and execute in a scale-up environment. We seek an autonomous and proactive person capable of proposing solutions and new ideas without waiting for tasks to be assigned! In this role, you will contribute by Independently lead data analytics efforts Analyze and identify patterns and trends within leads to support strategic decision-making Supporting the execution of key strategic projects to drive new sales and retention initiatives across our business line, working hand in hand with other global and local teams Perform data scraping to expand and maintain the quality of our outbound leads database. Define processes for continuous improvement and ensure data integrity Liaise with your stakeholders to present insights from your analyses and come up with actionable recommendations Automate reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and accuracy, creating new dashboards to secure better data sources, improve KPI tracking, and provide precise and up-to-date data for informed decision-making How we define success for this role: Delivery of data analyses based on agreed scope - timely, with attention to detail, factoring in stakeholders inputs and business context Successful execution of projects/initiatives based on insights derived from data analysis Qualifications You have 3-6 years of professional experience You're fluent in English (any other languages - e.g. Spanish, Portuguese or Italian - is a plus!)
