Job Description Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous process improvement. Coach development teams on agile principles, practices, and ceremonies while promoting self-organization and accountability. Identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments that hinder team productivity and sprint progress. Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog prioritization and ensure clear user story definition. Analyze team metrics and velocity trends to identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement. Mentor team members on agile best practices and support their professional development within the software development lifecycle. Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders with clarity and transparency. Manage agile tools and workflows to maintain accurate sprint tracking and documentation. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role within software development environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and technical processes. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks with demonstrated ability to implement and adapt them. Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and removing team impediments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions. Experience coaching and mentoring development teams to enhance performance and capability. Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Preferred: Background in software development or technical project management. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
