The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. The candidate will be a core member of the technology team responsible implementing projects based on Python, FastAPI, MCP, LLM, Java and using latest technologies. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale, highly componentized applications using Python and FastAPI. Candidates must have hands-on development experience in Python and experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and other containerized platforms. Recent experience with modern Python development using Large Language models, Model Context Protocol, and Retrieval Augmented Generation architecture is also required. Experience developing applications in the Financial Services industry is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
