Motivating and developing team members through coaching, teaching, empowering, and influencing technical and consulting skills. Partnering with portfolio team to demonstrate technical capabilities, envision valuable solutions, estimate proposed work plans, and recommend team composition talent to support delivery. Working in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously supporting internal CapTech initiatives and leading client engagements. Qualifications 14+ years of leading large technical teams and projects. 10+ years of experience implementing a wide variety of on-premises and cloud data management platforms and technologies. Proven track record of assessing traditional and modern data architectures based on business needs in a consultative approach. Experience with the modern data stack/platform technologies, products, and approaches. Delivery experience on multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Deep background with integrations and transformations of numerous types of data sources, and the solution delivery of real-time data distribution (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Flink), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Firebase), and warehousing platforms.
