The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, mitigate technical risks, and resolve issues. Additionally, the lead conducts performance analysis and evaluates emerging technologies to enhance system operations.

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in systems engineering and expert knowledge of complex technical platforms. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, though an additional 4 years of equivalent experience may be substituted. Applicants must meet DoD 8140 requirements and hold an active TS/SCI security clearance. Proficiency in translating requirements into designs, risk mitigation, and performance optimization is essential.
